The Sector 9 Blue Wave Lookout II longboard is a classic surf inspired cruising and carving board. It has a great blend of flex and rigidity making it nice for throwing out slides and speed checks with ease. The Lookout is a pretty big board with a relatively long wheelbase so it is nice and stable. We really like this board because you don’t have to go crazy fast to break into slides. It is super fun for just cruising around, doing some cross-stepping, and sliding around when you hit some decent sized hills. For a relatively inexpensive board the Lookout is a ton of fun and great for someone looking to get into longboarding!

Great downhill deck for beginners and intermediate skaters. I had never skated much before my friends talked me into buying a longboard. Between my inexperience and my size (6’2″ around 265 lbs), I was skeptical to say the least. Once I bombed my first decent sized hill however, there was no turning back.I have really only skated downhills and cruised a few parking lots, so I can’t really say how versatile the board is, but it seems like it could handle a variety of terrains and skating styles. After putting stiffer bushings…

Glory Days This board is everything I need it to be and more. I’m 6′ tall, 195lbs and LONG removed from my boarding days. This is a smooth ride that gives max control with a sturdy deck and trucks that aren’t too loose. It’s also forgiving and lets you ease back into the groove without fear of outgrowing it over time. It only would have been better if it was free.

It rode really smooth and looked real nice, but the first time I slightly rode it It rode really smooth and looked real nice, but the first time I slightly rode it, a pressure crack formed at the tip of the board! After one use! Then after the second use 3 LONG pressure cracks appeared along the whole length of the board!!! I counted the numbers of the pieces of board they used to construct it and there were only 6. Isn’t it supposed to be 7? Idk if that was the reason why… hope I get a full refund. Board was defective.
