my art store is to be replaced by a giant apartment building where the new "skate park" under the underpass on valencia is going in. totally explains that mystery of why a park was being put into such a dead zone.

an 87 unit project at 2200 market street is starting up.
replacing a funeral home — yay!!! no more AIDS deaths!!!

hurray hurray, we need so many more people and the density rates need to escalate so that the rents can go sky higher!!!

just two blocks down on market street another 65 unit apartment building is going in.

and approvals for an 83 unit building have just been given.

okay, so a word to the wise.

this town is really changing fast.

once the "historicization" of the gay district ends, it’s fully open season on the best real estate in the city — the mission, the castro, noe valley.

go hunters!!!!
tear away all the shit that stands in your way — culture, people, lives, whatever.

stop being such deviants about it.
make the city awesome and scrape the lower tier away instead of pretending to wait for it to "fall off" after you tickle that last dime out of them.
